I love that you posted these videos! I had seen the first one but not the second one entitled “Once Upon A Book”. I love to learn about the creation of a book from the author/illustrators perspective. I found the creation of the “little dummy” books intriguing; especially, in the creation of scale. I find it quite brilliant that he started small realizing that when they would be enlarged that the pencil strokes would open up, appear grainier, and have the feel of an old black and white cinema.
MSEd in Library Media. AA @ MTC with honors. Bachelors of Science in Education, Jacksonville State University. A total of 277 credit hours.
I love teaching!
I also love to travel! I lived in Germany for 15 years. I've been to 22 countries in the world which includes Namibia, Egypt, Sri Lanka, & Brazil. My next trip will be to Costa Rica. I must see a tropical rain forest! I'm from the midwest, to be exact, Nebraska, I'm a cornhusker! Hobbies: Scuba diving, collecting antique lithographs and books, nature - bird watching.
